✨ 15 structured lessons that guide students step by step through the 24-Form Simplified Tai Chi.
✨ Each class begins with Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades)—a world-renowned, easy-to-learn Qigong exercise known for its remarkable health and wellness benefits.
✨ Improve posture, enhance balance, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall physical and mental well-being.
✨ Perfect for beginners! No prior experience is necessary. Through gentle, graceful movements, you’ll discover the wisdom and beauty of traditional Chinese culture while gaining better health, inner peace, and renewed vitality.
Who Can Join?
This class is designed for children (ages 5+), teens, adults, and seniors. No prior Tai Chi or martial arts experience is required—everyone is welcome to learn at their own pace.
