育人中文学校诚邀各位家长及社区家庭参加本次免费家庭讲座！本次活动将围绕美国房地产投资与中小学机器人竞赛两大热门话题展开，由家长与学生联合分享，帮助家庭更好地了解美国生活、房地产市场及青少年 STEM 教育发展机会。
Yuren Chinese School warmly invites parents and community families to join our FREE Family Seminar! This event features two engaging topics: U.S. Real Estate Investment and K–12 Robotics Competitions. Through presentations by a parent and a student, families will gain practical insights into life in the U.S., real estate opportunities, and STEM education.

主讲人 | Meet Our Speakers
Tracy Liang 女士 | Ms. Tracy Liang
现就读美国耶鲁大学 Ross 商学院，曾任职于四大会计师事务所，从事审计工作。现从事财务和房地产经纪工作，致力于帮助客户在买房、卖房及房产投资过程中做出明智的决策。作为两个孩子的妈妈，她还将结合自己的专业知识和亲身经历，分享在美国安家、购房的实用经验。
Tracy Liang is currently studying at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and previously worked in auditing at a Big Four accounting firm. She now works in finance and real estate, helping clients make informed decisions about buying, selling, and investing in properties. As a mother of two, she will also share practical insights into homeownership and family life in the U.S.
Victor Li | 七年级学生 | 7th Grade Student
现就读美国七年级，酷爱机器人与工程技术。多次代表学校参加 VEX IQ 世界锦标赛，将结合自己的学习和参赛经历，分享中小学机器人竞赛的参与过程与成长收获。
Victor Li is a seventh-grade student with a strong passion for robotics and engineering. He has represented his school at the VEX IQ World Championship multiple times. Victor will share his robotics competition experiences, lessons learned, and how these activities have helped him grow.
