Dear parents,

Here is the massage from BCFA. Everyone will still need to come 15 minutes earlier than 6:30 pm and dress up.

The severe weather caused our rehearsal cancellation yesterday. Hopefully, all of you are safe.

Since Boutwell’s shedule is full, we rescheduled our rehearsal between 6:00pm-9:00pm at MCC of UAB on Thursday (Feb. 4)

MCC (Marshall Conference Center) Address: 802 11th St. South, Birmingham, AL35233

Here are highlights:
1. The building space is much smaller than Boutwell. You may feel crowded. We only authorize the performers and directors, as well as volunteers in the building.
2. Parking space is very small. We encourage you to do carpool and drop-off.
3. All performers are preferred to stay with Singing and Smiling for ending (similar to last year).
4. We try to control your rehearsal time within +/-30 minutes window. Please prepare your schedule accordingly.
5. Please PRINT OUT your orginal registration forms with ALL performer’s names and give to our stage manager Ms. Chen Xiaohui before you start the rehearsal. She will give you vouchers of adimission. It is required by our insuurance policy.

By the way, several of you haven’t signed the Liability Waiver form yet, please come earlier tomorrow evening and sign it. They ask to turn in the forms tomorrow.
